Well todays been a good day.
After the frustrations of Wednesday, I spent 90 minutes trying to give my Internet carrier 30 days notice of closing the number. Completely confused the poor darlings as I already have a replacement sim from them but it’s a different number. I discovered if you go off script with these call centres it blows their minds and they can’t cope with logic.
So back to today.
This morning was a quick trip into Gloucester and Lidl for bakery products for weekend breakfasts and some of their delicious brownies. If you haven’t discovered them yet, why not!!,
Oh and some more fig rolls were sourced for dunking in a weekend whisky. Thanks Janet and Neil respectively for the suggestions.
Back home I decided in a moment of madness to shift my tool/storage chest and create a small courtyard sort of thing in front of our awning. Plus it makes the storage box safer and stops prying eyes and fingers from borrowing stuff.
It’s going to be a quiet weekend so probably won’t bore you with too much stuff, unless something exciting happens and the sun makes and appearance, you never know stranger things have happened at sea
