Sancti Petri la Barrosa: Playa de Sancti Petri: A beach side boondocking spot for the weekend. Let’s hope the wind dies down, especially after last night. Address: |

Hidalgo Autocaravanas: Stopping here for the weekend to charge everything up in hookup. 10€ a night. 24 hour security and a patrol overnight. Services available, water 50c Address: |

Valverde del Camino: A free Aire on the outskirts of town. Services available. Spent the day wandering around the Riotinto Mines and Museum. Parking is available at the museum but it might be easier to park near the football stadium and walk. Address: |

Alange: Stopping here for a couple of days to soak up some culture and the spectacular views. Services are available. Alange has numerous Spa Hotels including a Roman Bath House. The Tourist office is super helpful Address: |

Talavera de la Reine: A spot of urban boondocking for the night. Services are available. Just a shame I can’t get into the velodrome, brings back memories of Wicksteed Park. Parking is opposite the fire station and close to a huge sporting complex. Address: |

Avila: A weekend of boondocking and wandering around the citadel of Avila. No services just views of the walls. Parking is behind the police station and civic centre. Address: |

Medinaceli: A free aire on the edge of a very interesting village with a fascinating history and biscuits from the Sisters, ring the bell at the convent door to buy. Services available behind the sports bar Address: |

Amposta: La Casa de Fusta. Back for a couple of days amongst the rice fields big open skies and some relaxation. Address: |

Vilafranca del Penedès: Back for a couple of days of urban boondocking, shopping and stuff. Address: |
