| Saint-Omer: Our final stopover in France before our crossing tomorrow. Shoppers over here are starting to panic buy what would be considered essential household items, toilet rolls and pasta are amongst the items disappearing off the shelves faster than the staff can fill them. Had to visit 4 different shops to find some for us. Address: |

| Coquelles: The exodus begins. We were greeted by members of the France Armed Forces and whisked through customs to the waiting area along with everybody else for what might be hours waiting for our train back to the UK Address: |

| Canterbury: New Dover Road Park and Ride. Stopping here for the night before heading north to Lyndon Top and wait along with everybody else to find out what’s happening Address: |

| Oakham: Stage IX has come to an end. We are back at Lyndon Top to sit it out and wait for the inevitable announcement. managed to get into a supermarket on the way up to Lyndon Top, nothing and I do mean nothing prepares you for the horror of panic buying shoppers, shelf stackers with the thousand yard stare vainly filling shelves.
