Oakham: At Lyndon Top you will find 112 acres of peace and tranquillity maintained to a very high standard running down to the shores of Rutland Water, one of Europe’s largest lakes. Open all year round. With the historic market towns of Stamford, and Uppingham within 6 miles of the site. Oakham is only 5 miles away with 4 supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and Co-Op) and a castle and a museum. Corby and Peterborough with their modern shopping centres are only a short drive away. At last a council that has the forethought and common sense to develop a proper Aire here in the UK. £3.50 (Midnight to Midnight – Includes use of P&R) services included. Plenty of room and the overspill section can be accessed by driving against the flow of traffic if the barriers have been raised Take ticket on arrival and pay before exit at the bus park.
